MARINA INFRASTRUCTURE
We provide manufacturing and installation services for floating reinforced concrete structures, aluminum breakwaters and pontoons, as well as polyethylene sunbathing platforms, polyethylene docks, and polyethylene jet ski parking stations.
BREAKWATERS AND MOORING SYSTEMS WITH ANCHORS
As standard, reinforced concrete floating dock units are manufactured with widths ranging from 2.4 m to 4.0 m and lengths ranging from 10.0 m to 20.0 m. When on-site production conditions are available, production capacity can reach floating blocks up to 8.0 m in width and 20.0 m in length.
Upon request, wider and longer blocks can also be manufactured at the project site.
In addition to width and length dimensions, production can also be carried out with freeboard dimensions other than the standard 0.45 m, 0.50 m, and 0.55 m.
Reinforced concrete floating breakwaters have been manufactured for various projects in widths ranging from 4.0 m to 8.0 m. Their standard lengths are generally 20.0 m, while total heights range from 2.0 m to 5.0 m. Submergence depth and freeboard dimensions are evaluated separately according to the requirements of each project.
Hot-dip galvanized reinforcing steel is used in all reinforced concrete structures.
The reinforced concrete is fibre-reinforced C40 concrete. All mounting components of the floating dock and floating breakwater blocks are manufactured entirely from hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel.
High-load-capacity, flexible steel-cable connection elements are used to connect the floating blocks to one another.
The contact points are equipped with specially designed neoprene pads.
ISO 9001:2008 quality management principles are followed throughout the design, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
Project support is also provided for floating marine structures. Within this scope, we have completed numerous projects both domestically and internationally that have been approved by the relevant authorities.
